Did you ever wonder what gives a yogi that special glow? It’s not that their lives are perfectly together, far from it, but it is more about the “art of letting go”. When we “forgive and let go” of that which feels like it is binding us it helps us physically and it shows in our glowing skin.

In yoga we learn not to be consumed or to be contained by any one person, situation or event. Even in or connections especially to any desires to obtaining or holding on to things, we learn to let go. We also must learn to recognize and let go of that which clutters our living peacefully before it derails us. This is all done with maturity.

When relationships end it is usually due to unfortunate things in a series or one major event that happens. Whether it is by death, a split of two people due to growing in separate directions, a misunderstanding or by our own hurtful mistakes. We are all human and it is my belief that people are meant to come and go through each others lives, some just for a time but each person comes to your life always for a reason.

When we are able grieve and to openly accept the possibility of this concept we can look deeper at the wonderful things that person installed in us during the time we knew her/him and how that enriched our lives. I also believe we will all meet up again that is the spiritual belief that I carry. I believe there is a place where only happiness dwells and guess what there is no room for nonsense anymore. Doesn’t that place intrigue and excite you just the idea of a Heaven or Utopia so great that nobody has to hurt thus no need to forgive. For now we live in the “test” in this lifetime and I want you all to pass the exam.

We can each learn that by the act of forgiveness there is ultimately healing to be had for everything and everyone. Just by making that peace within ourselves and asking forgiveness of anyone we may have hurt. I promise you that if you trust even if the results are not immediately available to us that in time they will be made visible and believe in that with every ounce of faith.

Join me as we review the basics of different relationship and personal situations and ways we can proceed for a positive outcome for all of life’s challenges.
