As I travel no matter where I land I see people of all shapes and sizes young and old alike doing water work-outs.I recently met and learned of a group of 75-90 year old great bunch of people that are doing this daily in the Keys. If your in the north you have 3 great months now so give it a try. You also probably have indoor pool access with group aqua classes if you belong to a gym. If you are residing in the warmer areas then what are you waiting for?
