I hope your are staying warm! This week we go forward with our next Mantra in the list.
Aad Such Jugaad Such Hai Bhai Such
I use this Mantra when I am feeling trapped and not able to reach a goal. I have to share that I personally find that sometimes I will meditate expecting a change and then nothing happens and then when I let go of my expectation the progression of things as they were meant to be plays out suddenly. I think there is a big lesson still to learn inside of that.
Give it a whirl:
Aad Such Jugaad Such Hai Bhai Such Nanak Hosee Bhai Such
Source: 17th Slok of Sukhmani Sahib
Author: Baba Siri Chand, son of Guru Nanak, gave this mantra to Guru Arjun Dev Ji
True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak, truth shall ever be.
The ‘Bhai’ version of this mantra has the same meaning as the ‘Bhee’ version. The focus of this mantra is to help remove blocks when you get stuck and help get you moving. This chant is from Baba Siri Chand who was the eldest son of Guru Nanak (the first Guru of the Sikhs).
Now suppose something you want to move and it’s not moving. There is a block and it’s not movable…..then chant this mantra. It’s a lever. It is the biggest lever available to you as a mantra.” Yogi Bhajan
