Dear Friends

This video was done in the fall as I was finishing up Yin Yoga studies on the blog and transitioning. I have had requests to post more instructional videos so here goes. Unfortunately with my injury I was down for quite awhile and I will be adding more videos this spring for everyone I promise. I also wanted to give a shout out to Ciara whom is a new friend that I met recently in person the other day interested in yoga. Ciara is specifically interested in acrobatic yoga as she was a gymnast for over 10 years. Ciara, I promise later on we will post a little something on that for you. For now enjoy the basics of your study and I encourage you to follow along with us.

Namaste,

Kat
