Dear Friends,
Okay, so it’s the same old you but it doesn’t have to be. This year I am planning on bringing us challenges spiritually and physically. I want to see you us at our optimum best!

We are going to be spending some time with Deepak Chopra studies.

To begin we will start just briefly today with this:

How to be a positive thinker
Guidance from spiritual teacher quoted by Deepak Chopra

“It is not possible to separate our thoughts.
The mind has a life of its own, and at any given moment, a thought can be positive or negative, or it may have no emotional charge at all. The important thing is to connect our thoughts with results.”

Please stay tuned as we gear up for an exciting time of growth in 2015

Smile in knowing you are exactly where you are meant to be!
Namaste,

Kat
