Dear Students and Friends,
Wow, Week #2 this 3rd Sadhana time is just flying by. I found myself gardening this past weekend. I don’t know just felt inspired wonder if it is the vibes of the prayer that we are chanting daily? I think so…
It’s back to school time for a lot of people that is stressful. I just hope you remember that you need to be at your best in order to be there for everyone else.
We have simple yin exercises to practice this month along with the prayer. You can do one of them or both whatever you feel comfortable with.
I love watching the children all coming from school in our neighborhood walking home they have so much energy. I can feel the prana in each of them as it radiates in their chats and laughter among friends. As adults it’s really easy to forget the child hood surge of energy especially as we stimulate our minds even more with all of the electronics. It is most important to find a balance. I think yin yoga will assist us with that as we stay in the postures and really unwind!
Satnam Namaste,
Kat
