Dear Students and Friends,
Just about at one month into the new Sadahana. By now you should be able to chant without the glorious music from Ashana and this mantra should be memorized. My husband told me he found himself humming the music so I know it can be done!
My 2 cats continue steadfast in their chanting behind me and it truly relaxes them after 3 minutes and they go back to napville. I just wanted to share with you that I have found doing some stretching during the mediation also can be done without losing concentration. The first time I sat in mediation for 40 days I could not really do both easily without distraction but now into this 2nd 40 day I find when I am stiff from sitting (I work online 10 hrs a day at my desk) that if I stretch during the 11 minutes that I feel an even stronger connection emotionally and physically.
