Self maintenance



Dear Students and friends,

One of the most important things you can do is to manage your health.
That includes your eating habbits, exercise routine, your emotional well being and proper amounts of sleep.
It is easy enough to carve ten minutes a day just devoted to exercise if you truly want to better yoir lifestyle.
Recent studies prove that regular exercise done in small increments net similar results to the gym rats.
Namaste get outside hit the mat and forget about that crazy workday!
