21 Day Challenge

Hi everyone
Hope you found time to do your detox for fall and if you have then you know how it makes you feeling much cleaner and healthier. I was observing the Yoga Journal’s 21 day challenge and I reviewed the beginners sequence and thought that it was a great starting point for any of you that may not be ready for intermediate training just yet. Please check it out and remember if you don’t make the time for yourself to be true to your fitness then your cheating everyone around you too!
