Detox and Diet

Well a month ago I did mention to you that Fall is the optimal time for detoxification.
Preparing for a seasonal change can also be a fun way to de-clutter your pantry of all the extra canned goods or bygo side dishes you bought but never cooked. There are many needy food banks that will gladly take your donations especially for the holidays.

Today was a beautiful October Sunday crisp fall air and the warmth of the beautiful sun all around us.
I also promised last month that we would get more into Vinyasa Power yoga for the new season.
I took time today to challenge myself in a Power yoga sequence that I will share with you.
Please note this is NOT for beginners. My beginners continue to follow your yoga basic routines throughout October.

Body detox is a great way to purify for the introduction to winter months. My husband and I found this inexpensive awesome day spa (actually opens at 12 noon -11 p.m.) and this spa has Turkish and Swedish baths.
The rates are not expensive $35 per person for the entire time they are open that day, include gym, pool and beach use. You can return throughout the day if you decide to journey off for awhile, but you probably would want a room upstairs for the best relaxing stay $99 per night plus $15 Vallet parking, a great price on a weekend in Miami only 20 minutes from Sobe can someone spell D E A L? Especially if you are a Floridian. But no matter mark it on your bucket list if your an out of towner cause it’s a definite must do when visiting Miami Beach Florida. The Castle Beach Resort in North Miami Beach has this in it’s basement:Attraction_Review-g34439-d1569839-Reviews-Russian_and_Turkish_Baths-Miami_Beach_Florida.html

Now for a sensitive topic, Fish, how much is too much, to eat or not to eat, the experts at Havard join in:index.html

Me personally being a Kat and all I eat at least 3 cans of light chunk tuna packed in water a week.
