The power of Vinyasa

Hi Everyone

Just in case for all of those who inquired if you did not get the follow up emails where I sent the brief synopsis and talked about my absence from the blog and the delayed release of my next yoga book due to personal family matters the book will be released on Amazon Kindle next May just in time for summer water fun.

Fall is around the corner as we finish out the dog days of summer we need to be preparing for Fall Detox which we will get to in October.

Vinyasa yoga energizes the body,mind and soul through a flowing movement of postures which when repeated strengthen your entire core. I think once your past the beginner stages of learning the importance of proper breathing you are ready to embark on Vinyasa as a more intermediate yoga practice.

Fall is a time much like Spring when we clean up,organize and prepare for what is in the coming months ahead. Time to take out the trash so to speak. This can be a time of cleansing in all areas of our life.

I will be challenging myself to spend time on Vinyasa for my practice this fall and for anyone ready for the challenge I suggest you start with this free 20 minute Vinyasa practice to begin the week.
