I’m pulling your leg… not really but you should be..


Hi everyone. Monday here and you let me guess you don’t feel like doing anything such as exercise after a long day right? Well, I’ve got bad news and good news. I’ll start with the ugly. You need to stay on target with your practice and that includes a good 4 day a week routine, which is probably including today if you skipped the weekend.

The good news if you give a little in exercise your sure get a lot back in reward. If your feeling tired and sluggish then a simple 20 minute stretch is exactly what you need. This loosens the hips and works your core. Try this one tonight:
