Hi everyone. Happy New Year. It’s been a whirl-wind for my family. We just relocated from a Key West hide away rental back to our home area of Volusia County FL on the beautiful East Coast of Florida. If your like me after a long day at work you are anxious to stretch out and get rid of the long day. Although it’s cold out for all of us (yes including us lucky Floridians) this is the perfect time to get into a regimen of an end of the day work out that you can easily follow 3-4 times a week is my recommendation.
I love to study and practice all types of yoga. Vinyasa is probably my favorite if I had to choose so you will see that I incorporate a lot of vinyasa poses into my lessons. I participated in a really easy 20 minute class today on Hulu.com that I wanted to post and share with everyone.
I will be back on here more regularly now that my move is done. The fun part is we will be moving again in 90 days so bear with us during the transition. I have to thank the 326 followers I have acquired since my first post 12/12/11. You make me want to teach,write and mostly share my love of yoga with each one of you and I am thankful for your friendship.
